pretty straight forward 3 rounds HR screen, on site, panel interview. Not difficult questions typical analyst questions. Decent communication, overall not bad experience. Process took about 30 days from application to final round.

It looks like they are just looking for people to work on their business for free by doing case studies during interview process (other companies I interviewed with don't do this) and not looking to hire.
