The experience was quite pleasant and the interviews flowed well until the company started ghosting and not replying to any outreach.
After 3 interview steps, with one of them involving travel and expenses on my end, a simple rejection email would be totally understandable.
Unfortunately, there has been no response even after following up, which I found tremendously disrespectful and unprofessional.
