First stage informal chat, followed by second stage interview which didn’t feel structured in any way. Took another 2 and half weeks for feedback as they were using an agency who proceeded to put forward multiple candidates. Was told there would be competency based questions, but nothing was asked. There was likely a third stage of interviews - makes for a lot of hoops to jump through, given the level of the job. Feedback was very weak given the time spent interviewing.
