I was contacted through LinkedIn and received an email to schedule a phone interview. The call was with a Sr. Talent Advisor, it was brief and to the point, mainly a discussion of my skill set and my availability. A few days later, I received an email with a date and time for an interview on site. I interviewed with 2 HRBPS at the same time for about 45 minutes. The interview was general, asking about my work experience and what I currently do at my job. I was then scheduled another interview the following week to meet with Sr. Management and the CHRO. I spoke to 4 different people individually. They were all very passionate, friendly, and knowledgeable. I could tell almost instantly that it was a team I could be a part of. Through out the entire process, the Sr. Talent Advisor was really professional and communicated with me every step of the process and what to expect, making the interview process one that never made me feel like i was in the dark. It was one of the best interview experiences I've had.
