Frist there was a phone interview with a recruiter who was very friendly. About 2 days later I was called to set up an interview in the office with management. The interview was the following week and I visited the office to meet with the team lead. The recruiter called me to extend an offer two days after that.

Staffing company got me an interview. Only had 1 interview with the team manager. It was in person and took less than 30 min. Asked basic interview questions and overall was a pleasant experience. Got call back few days later.

Interview
Fairly easy. It's mostly a conversation with the manager about your background. They're looking for good personality fits for the team position they're looking to fill. You will interview with the team supervisor and (if necessary) a manager.
They'll ask you basic questions, and no financial service background is necessary though familiarity certainly helps.
If you're offered a job and accept, it is contingent upon a criminal background check since you work with a lot of sensitive financial information. That can take a couple weeks to complete. If you pass background, they'll set a start date for you to come aboard.
