      I applied through a staffing agency. I interviewed at Certis in Apr 2026

      Interview

      Interview first with recruiter then with hiring manager - was quite relaxed, felt like a conversation. Asked direct questions regarding experience, no STAR type questions or technical qns. Recruiter screen was standard, asked about salary expectations, right to work and past experience generally, as well as interest in the company.
