Self insurance failure that staff perceive as inevitable because Certis Australian financials cannot support even a theoretical launch. Financial decay driven by a delusional CEO; incompetent COO and inept CFO, that staff perceive as the reason Certis AU went from viable only two years ago, to now clinically deceased due to non compliance with an array of requirements and regulations. Leadership incapacity that staff perceive as the force that converted a functioning business into a self insurance non starter.

Cons

Things can move a little slower at times due to the size of the organisation and the number of stakeholders involved. Work can also get busy during peak periods, but it provides lots of learning opportunities.
