      Great colleagues who are always willing to help and share their knowledge. I've had plenty of opportunities to learn, take on new challenges, and work on meaningful projects. The company is also investing in technology and innovation, which makes the work interesting and exciting.

      Cons

      Things can move a little slower at times due to the size of the organisation and the number of stakeholders involved. Work can also get busy during peak periods, but it provides lots of learning opportunities.
