Was straightforward, fairly easy to prepare for, interviewer was nice. It was a telephone interview and got offer on the same day. Asked more questions than I expected but wasn't rushed to answer questions.

The interview was done over the phone and they got back to me quickly, questions about my skills and experience, how i would handle difficult situtations, questions about availability and hours i would prefer.

Was very simple sent in my cv got accepted for an interview. Asked few questions about why I want to be a care assistant, how do you maintain a client's dignity while providing personal care and asked a few scenarios, then heard back next day that I got the job.
