I interviewed at Century Park Associates (Oregon City, OR)
Interview
Very unprofessional interview with one key leader off camera, and the other boasting about his longevity. I was too polite to ask why they can't retain their employees, since I already knew their turn over rate. Role stagnation might be the problem when your company standards are bare minimum.

Question 1
First interview in community was great!
Second interview felt like they didn't want to be there.
I applied in-person. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Century Park Associates (Elyria, OH)
Interview
There was only one interview that I had with the dietary director. It was laid back and informal- many questions centering around my work ethic, experience in the food industry, and teamworking skills
I applied through an employee referral. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Century Park Associates in May 2023
Interview
One brief phone call introduction, one zoom interview with the regional director, and one face-to-face interview with the executive director at the community. Both interviews were very laid-back because I was already an employee within the company, but was moving up in position and I had already showed experience in that role by being an assistant to someone in that role previously.
