Centronia interview questions

The director and the HR rep interviewed me using top notch interview techniques. First they wanted to know what I knew about the job. They asked me what skills I have that make me a good candidate for the job. They asked situational questions including when I've had difficulty getting information from others to complete a task and how I handled that and how I've handled difficult people on the job. The asked about my knowledge of Centronia's mission several times throughout the interview in different ways.

Fast and Brief...Very Basic they will hire anybody just because they need people asap ..since someone is always leaving. The interview process took about half an hour and then I got a phone call right away.
