Interview
I met one of the recruiters at a job fair held at my university. She stuck around the next day to meet up with people who signed up for interviews. The next step was a Skype interview. After that, I was invited to meet face-to-face with another recruiter. After not hearing from them for a couple weeks, I called and was told I did not get the position.

Question 1
They were pretty much standard interview questions. They really dug deep into, "why sales?"
Phone interview, in person Interview, field ride with a manager then a presentation. You have to do a PowerPoint presentation and then sell something to a sales manager . You need to do it as a slide show and they ask questions

Phone interview - in person interview - more in person interviews. I decided against joining their team after some better offers came my way. However they do offer a competitive base and great training.
