Central Park Conservancy interview questions

It took a few weeks after applying to hear back. I went through three interviews. The first was with a recruiter, then the next two were with the potential team members.

It was a phone interview. I applied and was called right away. The questions were pretty standard. I found the interviewer to be very limited in HR work. I answered question truthfully and my impression is that they don't want anyone too smart.
