The process was simple enough at first, then they run you around in many circles, poor follow up, lack of communication. I would have much appreciated a straight answer, you time is not valued here.

It is a phone interview. The DOR asked fair questions such as related work experience and desire salary. She was very nice and understanding who provided information regarding the job.

Avi was a great interviewer, very laidback and relaxed. He was very patient and kind and was genuinely interested in what I said. I very much enjoyed interviewing with him at Centers.

I applied online. I interviewed at Centers Health Care (White Plains, NY) in Nov 2017
Interviewer was straight to the point and reassuring. He told me about what will be expected of me and the schedule. He later gave me a tour of the facility and documents to fill out.
- What EMR am I familiar with

Anonymous Interview Candidate
I applied online. I interviewed at Centers Health Care
Applied online and was contacted within a couple days. PM who I spoke to was friendly although our conversation on the phone was very brief. I was invited for an in-person interview the following week. I was "interviewed" by the Chief Clinical Officer who was EXTREMLEY patronizing and inflexible. The questions asked were superficial and irrevelant to the position. Good luck finding a job here if you dont LOOK like you fit into the culture. No wonder the position has been open for 4+ months. Overall the staff I met were friendly but my impression of the organization is that it has a rigid hierarchy. Do yourself a favor and RESEARCH as much as you can before even applying here.
- What are your career goals?

Anonymous Employee
The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Centers Health Care
Quick response, very flexible, short and very job oriented questions. Hiring process very easy. Great PTO and benefits. Interview was personalised to the position. I didn't negotiate but there is room to negotiate.
- goal oriented

Anonymous Employee in Woodbury, NJ
I applied online. The process took 2 days. I interviewed at Centers Health Care (Woodbury, NJ) in Jul 2015
I applied for the job, the Director of the facility emailed me. He wanted to meet me for an interview ASAP. I came in the next day, he called me pretty quickly to ask me to come back to meet the person I would be assisting. I did, even though I lived forty minutes away. She seemed nice enough. I had another job offer, though, and I didn't want to accept anything yet - but I was unemployed at the time so I didn't say that. He called me afterward almost immediately and offered me the job, but I let it go to voicemail because I had an interview the next day and wanted to see how it went. He called me again, and emailed me. He really wanted me for the job, and he had a training program starting the next day. The pay was really good, so I took it. Biggest regret of my life.
- Why would you be a good candidate for this job

I was brought in for interview to meet with the administrator of the building. He was nice, fast talker, very pushy. He wanted to get me to commit to the job as soon as possible, and showed me who I would be working with. He talked about a bright future for the company and my position.
