Interview
The process is quick and they move forward quickly because they are always short-staffed. Make sure you demonstrate that you can manage a caseload of at least 10, are adaptable to staff shortages, understand how to document clinical notes, and, most importantly are culturally competent enough to work with diverse mental health and substance use populations.
