I applied online. I interviewed at Center for Interventional Spine in Feb 2021
Interview
I had this interview back in February. The manager seemed nice and the interview was easygoing. We mostly talked about my experience. She said they would call for a second interview, however I was never contacted again.
A couple weeks later, they reposted the job on Indeed with a lower salary range. And then another week or so went by and same reposting again. Not sure if they were having trouble finding the "right" candidate or if something else was going on.
Oh well. With the amount of work the manager said I would have had to do, I wasn't about to accept the lower end of the salary range anyway.

I applied online. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at Center for Interventional Spine (Sacramento, CA) in Dec 2017
Interview
Phone screen and three, in person interviews. It was important to make sure there was a mutual fit. The interview process was over time focused on developing a professional relationship.
I applied through university. I interviewed at Center for Interventional Spine (Dallas, GA) in Jan 2015
Interview
The interview was very...unprofessional. I met with them in a patient room and waited for over 30 minutes to be seen by the employer. I could hear outside the door medical asst telling him he had an interview in room 3 and he completely dismissed me. Should've been my first warning sign. He finally came into the room...asked nothing about my work experience or my resume but did in fact asked me IF I HAD CHILDREN.....
