Center for Energy and Environment interview questions

I was really disappointed with the interview process at CEE. There was an initial phone screening, a virtual interview with the hiring manager, and an in-person panel interview with the team. It took about a month from the time I applied to the time of the in-person interview. During my in-person interview, they said I should expect to hear back in a week. The week passed and I didn't hear back from them so I followed up. They didn't have a decision yet, but that they would have one soon. A week later, they said I wasn't chosen for the job, but that they were really interested in me and were working on finalizing a different position that they wanted to hire me for. I was saddened to hear it, but also excited about this new opportunity. I was told they would finalize this new position in a week. Two weeks passed and I hadn't hear from them, so I followed up again. They still didn't have any information on the new position but said they would reach out soon. I never heard back from them, and I stopped following up. As you can imagine, this process was truly painful and I was disappointed.

It was a phone interview with HR followed by an online interview with one panelist. The interview process was pretty quick and smooth. The HR and the recruiting team was very easy to communicate with,
