There was a great lack of organization. It was apparent no preparation had been done before my onsite interview. When I arrived, I had to wait about an hour before speaking with the individual I was meeting, and even then they admitted to not being prepared for the interview in several ways.
I applied through an employee referral. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Censinet (Boston, MA) in Oct 2021
Interview
This was one of the best experiences I've had doing a technical interview. The format is pairing on a real feature in code, which allowed me to see the codebase I'd be working in and get a sense of what pairing would actually be like with co-workers. Everyone was very helpful and fun to talk to. I ended up getting an offer for a role that was logistically better for me, but would definitely recommend the company.
