I got the interview invite within the first hour of applying. the recruiter was very nice and explained the role really well. I did not make it to the next round but she was very specific on why i wont be moving further in the process and it made sense as well because of a specific background they were looking for. Had a very pleasant experience.

My interview process was fantastic! I wasn't active on the market and Celonis took the time to get to know and understand the things that are important to me to have in a job and an employer. They made sure I felt comfortable with all my questions answered. They didn't hesitate to make an offer once I was ready. I loved that I had insight every step of the way as to what to expect and where my candidacy stood. It eliminated any guessing and wondering and truly let me focus on what mattered.
