Phone interview was first followed by a computer interview. Drug testing and backround check followed. No in person interviews at all my first day is when I met management and other workers.
In person sales style interview. They made sure your the right fit and drive in a competitive sales teamwork style environment. They explained that it was a 100% commission based position.
