Interview
I received an email within a week of applying. Got the email Monday evening and they were offering interview slots for the following Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday or Friday. I decided to do the Tuesday one. They requested school transcripts, job cover letter, and copy of publications.
At first very responsive but after initial meeting with the PI, no word even after multiple follow ups.
They gave me two technical assessments before the initial PI meeting which involved Excel skills and editing documents for IRB approval.
There were two interviews, and one was with director and one was with PI. Very straightforward questions, nothing out of the blue, experience questions, do you know IRB stuff, etc. etc..
Was given date and time for second interview. On given date, nobody called. I took PTO hours to accommodate the meeting.
There was no communication the interview was cancelled. This is beyond unprofessionalism.
