Cedars Community Hospice interview questions

Received a phone call almost immediately after applying online to set up an interview. They were very relaxed about the time and day for the first interview. Very laid back and friendly. One on one with a manager.She asked common questions and was more so interested in the character of the potential employee. For orientation, they had the new employees in a group setting.
