The process started with completing the applicationand returning all materials to the employer by the required date. I was contacted by a Human Resoures person who set the interview up. The interview was with a panel of about 7 individuals who did a round robin style questioning. The interview lated about 45 minutes. At the conclusion of the questioning in the interview, I was asked to complete a writing sample. About a week and a half after the interview, I was contacted with a job offer which I then looked over the contact and accpeted the employment.
