I got called into the interview. He asked me if I had any questions for him. He asked me to tell him about myself. He asked me what made me come to cbeyond. he was very intimidating and very unfriendly. cbeyond had many attractive individuals working for the company. it's a very hard interview process

Interview
Three interviews and the last one was with the regional manager who started out in entry level and rises to top level executive. This demonstrated opportunity for growth within the company. The last interview was more intense but, reflected expectations. Questions reflected real life sales processes. The interview represented expectations.
Phone interview went great. Went in and met my manager and interviewed with him and he made it sound like I had the job and was going to call me the following week, however he didn't call to offer 2 months later.
Quick phone interview followed by in person interview. Most of the questions were to make sure you were willing to work hard, there were no technical questions or anything of that nature.
