The interview with the recruiter was held at a coffee shop and over the phone. We discussed my qualifications for the role and he explained the contract (which included a two week notice on each side to end the contract). The more detailed interview was with the supervisor at the company the job was for. I successfully completed that interview and was hired for an initial 1 year contract. This was extended multiple times so I was there 2.5 years and called back again after that. There was no need to resign the contract the second time.
