I applied through university. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Causecode Technologies in Sep 2017
Interview
The whole process comprises of three rounds. HR, semi-technical and technical. They asked to submit our resumes a week before and shortlisted the candidates on the basis of that. Then they took HR interview and rejected all the candidates stating that we don't have essential knowledge of the frameworks they required nor we possess any internship experience. But they were well aware of the fact about our knowledge of languages and frameworks from our resume itself. It gave us a really bad impression about the company and its work ethics.
We believe in hiring candidates that are both a cultural and technical fit. People who believe and successfully demonstrate our core values and ones who are passionate about technology are usually the ones that make the cut. Sorry that it didn't work out for you and all the best with your search.

I applied through university. I interviewed at Causecode Technologies (Bhilai)
Interview
1st round - resume selection
2nd round - hr+technical interview through online on Skype( basic java and html question )
3rd round - written programming test ( algorithm design, data structure)
4th round - face to face interview ..
They came to my college for campus recruitment and the experience was terrible. They're only there for company advertising since out of the 315 people that applied, only one cleared their first round which was CV shortlisting, it seemed like some kind of formality.

Question 1
Nobody knows since only one person cleared the CV shortlisting round and even he wasn't selected.
