Phone interview where the interviewer called 30 minutes early.
Four hours worth of an assignment asking for an entire communications and project management plan.
A second interview with two staff members (one of which showed up late). The second staff member was incredibly abrasive saying “how does that show your strategic” to a response. They asked me a question that I had already been asked (while they were on the interview). Told me that the culture was that if my supervisor needed me to do a project over the weekend then the expectation is that I’d work weekends because “this is New York and we’re all very driven.” At the end, I asked a question to which the second interviewer said “maybe you ARE a strategic thinker.”
Super disrespectful and a waste of a lot of unpaid time.
