I applied online for an IT position at Catsy and learnt that my skills were a good fit. First I had a telephone interview and the interviewer explained to me their current situation and how I would go about troubleshooting. (The position requires troubleshooting computers). Since that is exactly what I do now, I had no problem sharing my input. A day later I got an email asking me for another interview. We went through a few more troubleshooting scenarios and it was sort of like a working session. I first met with the owner, and then with a few others on the manufacturing side. They asked me a variety of questions like my passion for support and what I enjoyed about my current job (now previous).
