Caterpillar Performance Analyst/Senior Engineer interview questions

Multiple phone interviews with the section manager about half an hour each. Mostly Technical. There was also a group interview again on the phone. They follow the STAR process. After the final phone interview I was expecting an in person interview. Instead I got an email offer within a couple of hours of the final interview. looks like they were on a cost cutting mode.
