2 parts first with a recruiter then with the maintenance management team. Then ramesy met-5 test. Way more skill if you pass than most of their current staff. Not hard interview at all if you have mechanical experience.

Where do you see your skillset bring value to the team.
The interview process was straightforward. They asked me. Few questions I had to have drug test and background test completed before they would even agree to hire anyone. They called me 32 hours after I applied.
