I recently went through the assessment center for the Graduate Procurement Scheme, and it was quite an experience. The process had four main components. We started with a group discussion where we debated a procurement-related topic. Next, I had to prepare and deliver a presentation on a given subject. The formal interview was a chance to dive deeper into my experience and competencies. They asked about my achievements and why I wanted to join the scheme. It was a good opportunity to show how my values align with the company's. Finally, we had a tour of the unit. This was really insightful as it gave me a feel for the working environment and culture.
