The process comprised two rounds of interviews with seven managers. The first round was about getting to know me. The second round involved standard STAR questions. It lasted for about an hour

How do you settle conflicts in a team? Describe a situation you could have handled better. Describe a time you were in a leadership position. What drew you to apply for the position? And such questions.
Had 1 round of online assessment one round of GD followed by technical and HR interviews. GD was on common topics and not technical based. It was a smooth process
