Phone interview with plant management. I was referred by a third party recruiter. The recruiter already completed screening process. The plant manager had to attend some other meeting so a senior member of plant management asked questions. Not too many questions on technical / engineering. It was a phone interview 20-25 minutes. Over all it was a good interview process.

Felt rushed; Interviewer did not seem to care to do his due diligence; unfriendly setting; overall a pretty negative experience. Was asked some irrelevant questions which I tried to answer but the outcome seemed predetermined.

2nd group discussion- mainly about recent trendy topics
3rd technical and hr- maily from your area of interest mentioned in the resume
