Multiple interviews, the first interview was mostly of just a discussion without much technical discussion. The second interviewed was more technical, involving a real world problem. It was very informative on how the team structure works and I was happy to do it.

1 round with a recruiter, 1 round on zoom, final round in person. Was a pretty painless experience and everyone was very friendly. Interviews can be a bit intimidating with 3-4 people, but was otherwise a pleasant experience.

I was told after 15 minutes that the interview was planned for only 30 minutes. Seems like the HM judges candidates without letting them introduce themselves. It was 30 minutes of red flags that this management team is impossible to work with. So strange they have openings!
