Applied online, in person interview at a conference. Got offer 3 weeks later. Very chill interview. Encouraged STAR method for answers to the questions. Lots of questions, probably around 10. No technical questions.

The interview was great! STAR format questions were typical and went through what the STAR format is before proceeding in detail. Expect behavioral questions as well as questions about why you want to join the Caterpillar team!
phone screening first, then in-person interview with 2 panelist for an hour. It consists of behavioral questions mainly and some introduction about the company and the team from the interviewer and Q&A at the end.
