The interview was conducted over a 1 hour period. I spent the first half with a manager for a product development group, and the other half with the head recruiter. The questions were all supposed to be answered in star format, and were most focused on behavior. They did look at my resume and ask me specific questions from some of my projects.

Interviewed on campus. Two, thirty-minute interviews. They were 1 on 1. The interviewers were very friendly and took notes on what I said. Mostly behavioral, but they did ask some soft, technical-based questions. Have not heard back from them yet; therefore, current status is NO. I am not out of the running yet.
