The interview consisted of two half-hour interviews with two different interviewers. Both interviews asked behavioral type questions from 5 different categories (customer service, critical thinking, leadership, team work, etc). Some of the questions that were asked during the interview can actually be found on the Caterpillar Careers webpage. Be sure to bring your unofficial transcript and a copy of your resume in case they misplace either document. As of yet I have not heard back from Caterpillar, but I should be hearing back within 2 weeks from the interview date. There is only one round of interviews for internships so after this interview, applicants will not have to go through any more interviews or participate in on-site interviews/visits.
