I had gone through the recruiting agent, So the first round of interview was with Recruiting firm trying to understand if my qualifications and experience match the JD's requirement and some personality screening. Followed by the Interview with a hiring manager and supervisor- Interview was very straight forward related towards my knowledge on shipping and lots of behavioral questions. Last round was with HR Manager, very generic questions.
