I applied through university. I interviewed at Caterpillar in Sep 2015
Interview
The interview was one of the most obnoxious I've ever had. All they did was ask approximately 10 behavioral questions. Not a good way to hire people in my opinion. I interviewed once on campus and didn't hear anything for about a month, and then I got an email with an offer.
