I applied through university. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Caterpillar (Peoria, IL) in Aug 2015
Interview
I interviewed for a full time engineering position in the engineering rotational development program after my summer internship. I interviewed with three managers, and each interview focused on answering STAR interview questions. The managers came from different product/research areas to get an idea of which engineering I should join. There were not many technical questions; perhaps they rely on performance during the internship to evaluate technical abilities.
