Applied for the placement on the deadline date. Had the interview Mid-February. Interviewer introduced herself and said that it would be a competancy interview and suggested I follow a Situation, Task, Action and Result format. Asked very standard competency questions with no weird ones. You'll have heard them all before if you've seen any guide online. I totally didn't follow this format and rambled a tonne. Luckily I conveyed my enthusiasm enough and passed the interview. They then said that I'd be told whether I'd be called back for the assessment centre early in the end of Feb/ beginning of March (I was contacted mid-april and asked to attend a technical interview, however)
