Dropped my resume at the University Career Fair. They contacted me the next week to invite me to their campus interviews. 2 People interviewed me for 30 minutes, all behavioral questions. They were intense and unfriendly--took themselves way too seriously.
There's an initial application and then there is an interview with their hiring team. They asked a lot of questions about prior experience and also how your goals align with their company

Super chill and laid back, the guy who interviewed me did not really follow the list of questions and just wanted to get to know me, so we really just had a conversation.
