Two phone screens and a face to face interview with the hiring manager plus three team members. All excitement on their end, since the role seemed tailor made to my qualifications. Appearances - VERY important. I dressed in a business suit. Apparently, they thought I looked pregnant and rejected me as soon as I was out the door. I'm not pregnant.
