Catacel interview questions

I was asked to come in to interview at the site. The drive up was daunting as the company is located in the middle of farmland which is interesting for a cutting edge company dealing with fuel cells and hydrogen fuel processing. I met with four people and each had their own approach to the process. It was very laid back and I had the sense that they were looking for personality fit as well as professional capabilities. The facility could use some TLC but otherwise it is a great escape from more hectic life. I found the culture to be laid back and still professional.
