Just sound friendly and upbeat over the phone. Do a little research about it. Minimal is ok, just get the general idea of what they do.

First interview is over the phone, If you do well you are invited to a second interview at their corporate office. I was interviewed by an HR Rep and the district manager of the branch I applied at.
