Screening interview with the recruiter, and then 3 other interviews with an assignment. No feedback for why you might get rejected after the interviews. They need to improve their process and be fair with the new hires.
The interview process was very simple and straightforward. The recruiter needs to smile more and not act so dead inside. I got rejected, but not my loss, and it is their loss, really.
Interview Process was good. 4 steps. You meet with managers and directors, you also have a homework and a short assignment for one of the interviews.
