Situation interviews yet they are brutal. The expectations are also unrealistic. Most of the questions have nothing to do with the job yet they want to see how you answer them.

Tell me about a time...(and be prepared for examples of many kinds, most of which have nothing to do with the job).
Very relaxed with ample opportunity to ask questions regarding future position, job duties and expectations. Usually it is a two step process and also actual client will interview with you, if you're joining a particular team as a consultant
The interview was straightforward. The questions were basic questions. Talked about my job experience. Talked about the company. I didn’t get hired because the pandemic hit. I plan on trying again.
