Easy to get an interview, but the interview was less than 10 minutes and it was a group interview. They did not ask about your experience or anything regarding the position.

First was the phone screening where the girl on the phone described the overall job- which is basically the same as reading the job description online. She did say sales would be involved in the position (it also said that in the online description) and answered any other questions I had especially after reviewing the company beforehand. I appreciated the transparency and honesty. The conversation was brief but pleasant about 8 minutes long. Day to day operations and compensation would be discussed during the interview which is normal. I got to the office easily- they made sure that directions were easy. The lobby is big and still a bit bare but it looked good. I liked the mural on the wall. The girl in the lobby talked to me and it made me feel less nervous about the interview itself. The first interview was with the manager which can be nerve wracking but from the moment he greeted me, it allowed for a less stressful environment. He first just wanted to get to know me- where I lived, what I was doing for work now- easy questions to break the ice. Asked what I was looking for and then started discussing the job and clients that they work with. Unlike all the other reviews about this process, the day to day and breakdown of the position was very clear. They may have changed the structure to be more transparent. It lasted about 30 minutes. It went pretty well and I took a lot away from the overall process. It is not a "bunch of frat boys" or really like most things you read- they have a diverse group of people in the office. Overall I did not go on the second round interview because of the distance but if I lived closer I would move further with this company.
