Carson Valley Children's Aid interview questions

I had one phone, one on-site and one video interview. The process took about a month and the HR team was very helpful throughout in responding to my questions in a timely manner.

Their was a two tier process. Initially meeting with Human resources to ensure you meet all the qualifications, explain required trainings and completing and overall documentation review. The second interview composed of meeting with your direct supervisor and the Director, discussing the position , expectations and requirements. Overall reviewing your knowledge base of the position and explaining the demands of the position.
