I applied for the job, and submitted a resume and was contacted via email for a phone interview within 1 week. The phone interview was about 20-25 min. She was very nice and was just like an in person interview. After the phone call I was informed I would be contacted for an in person interview is email.

Took over two weeks to contact me for 1st interview. Had 1 interview with HR and did not hear back for another 2 weeks. The whole process seemed scattered and unorganized. I was offered the job over the phone and then the start date was changed 2x and the location I was hired for was changed 2 days before I started adding close to an hour to my drive each morning.
