Interview
Had to wait in the lobby for 30 min before they Supervisor was ready to interview. Then the programs manager came in for the interview. I was not told ahead of time I would interview for anyone expect my supervisor. The programs manager basically took over the interview and did not allow the supervisor to conduct the interview. Immediately I could tell the programs manager had a superiority complex and what the work environment would be like. The questions were typical interview questions.
